We are vacationing with a RV travel trailer in Colorado. We live in central Texas. After experiencing a problem with our 2016 Ford F-350 pickup, we took it to the Durango CO Ford dealership. Their service department is outstanding. Within 15 minutes upon arrival, they had our pickup on the diagnostic computer, and was able to tell us that the needed repair would take approximately an hour and a half, at a cost I considered reasonable. Rod McBroom was excellent -- we purchased a new Avalon Hybrid and he and the team at Durango Motor helped us learn how to work all the electronics and worked hard to find us a new hybrid car. Buying this car was easy and did not take all day like some dealerships. Rod has always been helpful whenever I had a question. I do not see McBroom's name on this list but give him 5 stars for a job well done.

The service staff was extremely helpful in diagnosing a noise problem with the radiator fan motors. Although the part availability was beyond my schedule, they assured me my 2013 Ford Explorer was safe to return home for my local dealer to order the part and replace the fan motors. Which was done. I bought a new F-150 in August 2017 and I cannot overstate how easy the process was and how helpful everyone at the dealership was from Patrick Bryan, my sales person, to the people in finance and who installed the options and detailed my truck. Patrick even drove my new truck the 25 miles home for me since I wasn't trading anything in and had to get my other car home, too. This is the second truck I've bought through Durango Motor Co. These people are great and you will not beat the price!

We had our 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid serviced. Afterwards we found dirty handprints inside and the glove box had been opened, contents removed. We called the GM with our concerns. Within one hour we received a call from Bryan Townsend, the finance director. He explained that the glove box was opened to access an internal air filter. He apologized the contents had not been replaced and offered to meet us immediately so he could personally clean the interior of the car. Our past service visits have always been great experiences! I started off looking for a pickup. I ended up with a sports car. Rod was patient and accommodating while I figured out what I wanted. My previous vehicle had given out, and I was in a rental car while a shopped for a new one. After my purchase I needed to return the rental to the airport. Rod graciously offered to pick me up at the airport and return me to the dealership and my new car.
