Walk right in and got the cars we needed. Joe Garcia was an excellent in helping us get our cars so wanted. He was Very down to earth and friendly. I like that we were not bothered in our search while walking through the lot looking at cars. Very respectful and responsible and reasonable staff. Devan (hope I got that spelling correctly) in finance was also very helpful a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Thank u both and your entire staff tremendously!

Had a great experience with Zach Benz, Brian Eisner and the group at Durango Toyota purchasing a 2022 Tundra. Very prompt communication. Answered all mundane questions and the parts department helped some upgraded accessories. Could have went with another dealer who had a truck for me before Durango Toyota. But the customer service made the choice easy. I highly recommend them.

I bought my first new car from Durango Toyota. Rod was my salesman and kept me up to date on the progress of the delivery of my car to the dealership and delivered my car to my home once it arrived at the dealership. This was appreciated since I live far away from the dealership. The sales manager was helpful too and gave me a fair price on my trade. I didn't feel pushed to make any decisions I was uncomfortable with and they were transparent about everything involving the sale of my vehicle.

Excellent Customer Service. Our Alternator Went Out While On The Stony Pass Trailhead. We Called Toyota When We Made It Back To Silverton. They Were Closing In An Hour. We Ordered The Part and One Of The Guys In Our Group Ran Up There To Get It While We Made Our Way Back To Ouray. These Guys Were A Lifesaver.

Just passing through Colorado, needed an oil change and tire rotation. Every other dealer west of the Rockies had week long wait times. Dog friendly and very helpful. Quick service. Way above what i am used to on the east coast

The best car buying experience ever. Recently purchased a 2022 Highlander from Zach Benz my Sales Consultant. Zach went above and beyond what most car buyers expect of a salesmen.
